These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the SANT LDN website and any purchase made through it. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. ABOUT SANT LDN LTD.
SANT LDN is a British fashion and art-led clothing brand specialising in limited and one-of-one pieces, including hand-painted Japanese denim garments and selected clothing and accessories.

Throughout these Terms, "SANT LDN", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the business identified above.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
We take reasonable care to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible.
Many SANT LDN pieces are handmade, hand-finished or hand-painted. As a result, minor variations, brushwork, texture, finish and other characteristics may form part of the individual nature of the piece and should not necessarily be considered defects.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting and photography.
Where an item is described as one-of-one, this means that the individual finished artwork offered for sale is intended to be unique.
3. HAND-PAINTED ARTWORK
Artwork applied to our garments is created by hand. Natural differences in paint application, texture, placement and finish are part of the character of the garment.
Customers should follow the care instructions supplied with the product.
Improper washing, cleaning, ironing, drying, alteration or treatment of a garment may damage hand-painted areas. Damage resulting from care that is inconsistent with our supplied care instructions may not constitute a product defect.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable consumer-law requirements.
4. SIZING AND MEASUREMENTS
Measurements shown on our website are provided as a guide.
For individual or one-of-one garments, we may provide measurements for the specific item rather than relying solely on conventional S, M, L or XL sizing.
Customers are encouraged to review the measurements before ordering.
Minor measurement differences may occur because of garment construction and the method used to measure the product.
5. PLACING AN ORDER
When you place an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the selected goods subject to these Terms.
You will have an opportunity to review and correct your order before completing payment.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.
A contract between you and SANT LDN is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order or dispatch the goods, depending on the wording of the order confirmation we provide.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
* an item being unavailable;
* an obvious pricing or description error;
* inability to authorise payment;
* suspected fraudulent activity; or
* circumstances that reasonably prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will refund the relevant amount.
6. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods made available at checkout.
Your payment information may be processed by third-party payment providers used by our website platform.
7. AVAILABILITY AND ONE-OF-ONE PRODUCTS
Some SANT LDN products are available in extremely limited quantities or as a single piece.
Adding an item to your basket does not reserve that item until the purchase has been successfully completed.
If, because of a technical or inventory error, the same one-of-one item is purchased more than once, we will fulfil the valid order we are able to accept and refund any order we cannot fulfil.
8. DELIVERY
Available delivery options, estimated delivery times and applicable delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on the website or in your order confirmation.
Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within the period required by applicable UK consumer law.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we specifically agree otherwise.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
9. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Where international delivery is available, customers may be responsible for import duties, local taxes, customs charges or other fees imposed by the destination country unless we expressly state that these charges are included.
Customs procedures may also affect delivery times.
10. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Your cancellation and return rights depend on the nature of the product purchased.
For eligible goods purchased online, UK consumers generally have the right to notify us that they wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving their goods, followed by a further period in which to return the goods in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Products should be returned in the condition in which they were received, subject to the customer's legal right to inspect and handle the product as they reasonably would in a shop.
We may make an appropriate deduction where permitted by law if the value of returned goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

11. PERSONALISED OR CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS
Where a product has been genuinely made to your specification or clearly personalised for you, statutory cancellation rights may not apply.
This may include, where applicable, commissioned artwork or clothing specifically created or altered according to instructions supplied by you.
This exemption does not remove your statutory rights where an item is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal standards.
Any restrictions relating to customised products will be clearly communicated before you complete your order.
12. FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Goods supplied by us must meet applicable legal requirements, including being:
* as described;
* of satisfactory quality; and
* fit for their intended purpose where applicable.
If you believe an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as reasonably possible using the contact details provided on our website.
13. NFC AUTHENTICITY AND DIGITAL PROVENANCE
Selected SANT LDN products may include an NFC-enabled authenticity feature, digital certificate, product registration record or other provenance technology.
These features are intended to help identify and authenticate the corresponding SANT LDN piece.
The physical garment remains the principal product purchased by the customer.
Where registration is available, customers may be asked to register their piece through the SANT LDN website or customer account.
Customers must not knowingly tamper with, clone, alter, reprogramme or misuse an authentication feature in a way intended to falsely represent another item as an authentic SANT LDN product.
Loss, damage or removal of an NFC component after delivery does not automatically affect ownership of the physical garment.
Further authentication procedures may be required if ownership is transferred or authenticity is later questioned.
14. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS
Where customer accounts are available, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must provide accurate information and notify us if your account appears to have been accessed without authorisation.
We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, misuse or security risks.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the SANT LDN website and its contents — including artwork, garment designs, photography, graphics, logos, text, product names, branding and other creative material — are owned by or licensed to SANT LDN.
Purchase of a physical garment does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights in the artwork or design.
Customers may own and resell the physical item they purchase, subject to applicable law, but may not reproduce, manufacture, commercially exploit or falsely represent themselves as owning the underlying SANT LDN intellectual property.
Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of SANT LDN artwork, photography or branding is prohibited.
16. PRODUCT IMAGES AND ARTWORK
Product photography and imagery are provided to illustrate our products.
The purchase of an item does not grant permission to reproduce our professional photography for commercial purposes unless we have given permission separately.
17. PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promotional codes are subject to any additional conditions communicated at the time they are issued.
Unless stated otherwise, promotional codes:
* cannot be exchanged for cash;
* cannot normally be combined with other offers; and
* may be withdrawn or amended where there is a genuine pricing, technical or misuse issue, subject to applicable consumer law.
18. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep our website accurate and accessible, but we cannot guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may make reasonable changes to the website, products or services from time to time.
Changes will not affect rights already acquired under an existing customer contract unless permitted by law.
19. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
In particular, nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-compliant goods.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, except where the law provides otherwise.

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, how long we retain it, who we may share it with and the rights available to you.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also have rights to bring proceedings in the courts applicable to your place of residence.
